Visitor Parking is FREE and located at the North and South entrances, as well as in the side lot off 3rd St NE. Please DO NOT park in the Bus Lot or the library lot when visiting the Science Center.
If you are a PARENT/CHAPERONE visiting with a school group, please check in at the admission desk in North Lobby. Classes take place in the Education Building (West Wing).
The doors inside the lobby of West Wing lock for the safety of children and staff. If you are with a group scheduled for a class, your educator will meet you in the lobby to escort you to the classroom. If you are a PARENT/CHAPERONE please know that once these doors are closed, classes are in progress and will remain locked.
Catawba Science Center educators and SALT Block staff are unable to admit late arrivals. Please contact your child’s teacher if you need assistance. You will be able to rejoin your student once class has ended, to enjoy the rest of your visit to Catawba Science Center.
